It looks like Mel Gibson and Danny Glover may, in fact, not be too old for this shit.

According to a report by Deadline, Gibson, Glover, and longtime series director Richard Donner are in talks for a fifth movie in the Lethal Weapon series.

The report makes sure to note that discussions are still extremely early, but that all three players are apparently on board and discussing possible options.

Lethal Weapon was an '80s action movie classic, which cemented Gibson and Glover's legacy as household names. The film had three sequels of varying degrees of quality; the last installment, Lethal Weapon 4, was released nearly 20 years ago.
