Recipe: How to Make the Ultimate Recovery Smoothie

Chocolate and bananas are a classic smoothie combination. And for good reason—it's a not-too-sweet, yet totally indulgent mix that can satisfy just about anyone's sweet tooth.

Ingredients 
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 dates, pitted
⅔ cup coconut water
⅓ cup tart cherry juice
¼ teaspoon spirulina
How to make it 

Place all ingredients together in a blender, and blend until pureed. Serve immediately.
