Ingredients
1 lb ground 100% turkey breast
1 egg
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup green pepper
1/2 cup onions
1 cup red sauce
How to make it
Combine the turkey breast, egg, and breadcrumbs. Bake at 375˚ F until meatballs are golden brown. Sautée the green pepper, onions, and red sauce in a pan. Assemble on a whole wheat sub.
