After many years I finally found out I cannot have gluten in my diet anymore due to celiac desese. Having a diet in the past that was rich with carbs I have to admit its not too bad being gluten free especially when our friend Collette shared this amazing recipe for "Gluten Free High Protein Pancakes" with us. They taste so amazing and so good for you I just had to share with everyone. We have them in the Rea household just about every weekend.
